We act only as a service coordination platform. Our responsibility is limited to registering customer service requests received via our website or call advertisements and assigning an independent technician.

After the technician reaches the customer location, all repair work, charges, warranty, guarantee, service quality and transactions are strictly between the technician and the customer. We are not responsible for any work performed, parts replaced, payments made, or assurances given by the technician.

Scope of Our Services

Our role is strictly limited to receiving customer calls related to refrigerator or fridge issues, registering the service request, and assigning any available independent private technician.

Beyond registering the complaint and sending a technician, we do not have any further role, involvement, control, or responsibility.

All other matters including but not limited to repair work, service quality, charges, spare parts, warranty, guarantee, payments, complaints, damages, delays, or future issues are solely the responsibility of the assigned private technician and the customer.

We do not supervise, manage, or interfere in the technician’s work and shall not be held responsible for any outcome after the technician is assigned.

Technician Responsibility

Once the technician reaches the customer’s location, all repair work, service quality, spare parts, charges, warranty, guarantee and completion of work are strictly the responsibility of the technician. We do not supervise, control or participate in the repair process.

No Payment Responsibility

All payments, negotiations, advances or charges are directly between the customer and the technician. We do not collect payments or interfere in financial transactions.

Warranty & Guarantee Disclaimer

Any warranty or guarantee provided is solely given by the technician. We do not provide any warranty or guarantee for repair work, spare parts or services.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, appliance failure, dissatisfaction or future issues arising after the technician has completed the work.

By using our website or contacting us through advertisements, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All disputes are subject to Nagpur, Maharashtra jurisdiction only.

Complaints Handling

Any complaints, issues, dissatisfaction or service-related concerns must be raised directly with the assigned technician. We do not handle, resolve or take responsibility for complaints related to repair work, service quality, charges, warranty or technician conduct.

All complaints are strictly between the customer and the technician, as the technician is an independent service provider.

Business Information Limitation

Our platform only facilitates service request coordination. Customers are not permitted to demand, inquire about, or seek additional business, company, registration, ownership, or internal details beyond what is displayed on the website.

Service is provided through independent private technicians, and our role does not extend beyond coordination.

Misuse, Threats & Harassment Policy

Any form of misuse, harassment, false allegations, pressure tactics, or threats — including threats of police complaints, legal action, or public defamation — will not be entertained.

Service-related disputes must be resolved directly between the customer and the assigned technician. Use of threats or coercion to force refunds, free service, or compensation is strictly prohibited.

In such cases, we reserve the right to discontinue communication and deny further coordination support.
